Price

NT$149, one-time payment (tax included). No subscription and no automatic renewal.

Delivery

Right after payment you are taken to your report, a private link on fortune.coyotech.app. There is no account; the link is the report, so keep it. We also email it to the address you pay with, so you don't lose it. Your birth date, time and place are not stored with the order.

Payment

Checkout is hosted by Portaly Payment (Taiwan), which takes the payment, verifies your email and issues the e-invoice. We never see your card details.

Refund policy

The report is digital content provided immediately after payment. Before paying you agree to that and to giving up the 7-day right of withdrawal (Article 2(5) of Taiwan's Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales).

Once the report has been unlocked, it is not refundable.
You get a full refund if you were charged but the report never unlocked, or if you were charged twice for the same order.

To ask for a refund, email us the report link (or the order token after the #) and what went wrong. Refunds go back through Portaly Payment to your original payment method. support@coyotech.app
